Pancheros Mexican Grill - Jupiter

This restaurant used to be known for their delicious supreme steak burrito with a superior red hot sauce, but recently they have been serving a different sauce that does not compare to the original Volcano brand sauce. The staff member working at the counter did not seem to know about the change. The red hot sauce was the reason I used to frequent this place, but now I will not be visiting again.

I ordered a steak burrito bowl and was impressed by the generous portion size. This place is like a customizable Taco Bell where you can build your own bowls, quesadillas, burritos, and more. The quality of the food was great and the prices were affordable. If you're looking for larger portion sizes, you may want to consider dining elsewhere.

I usually love Pancheros. But my recent visit was terrible. The service was so slow, the people who worked behind the counter did not seem to be in a hurry at all. After they finally got food, they threw it together with bad portion sizes. Once I got the food, all the tables were disgusting and had to wash a table. Great!

Small portions, food is warm (bowls). Tables and dining area are absolutely dirty. I saw ants everywhere on the benches. The young adults who work here need supervision over adults

Honestly love this place but had a bad experience with cashier today who overcharged me. I order all the time I know how much I pay. I didn?t get ?extra? but yes I did order guacamole queso(sooo good) I knew I was being overcharged said something but you could tell she didn?t care honestly I?m on lunch break and had to get back to work. So I paid and left and proceeded to eat the wrong burrito that was labeled incorrectly. She used same utensils to mix all three burritos up so I had jalapeños in mine when I didn?t order them. Whatever not a huge deal just pay attention so you?re not over paying or if you have an allergy make sure they?re changing utensils out
