Horrible food horrible service horrible owner! Please stay away from this place! We went there at dinner time and got an overcooked octopus (felt like I was eating a tire), followed by a mediocre pasta in the wrong sauce compared to what we ordered. We didn 't say a word coz we were with our kid. While leaving the waiter asked us if we liked the food and we said we didn 't! Then I got the weirdest response I 've ever got! The guy said but you ate all the food! We said of course it 's dinner time and we were hungry ... then the owner comes out and asks for feedback and we say the same thing and tell him that octopus was over cooked and pasta was mediocre... he then blatantly says but then why did you eat everything! This is crazy! We were not even asking for a discount? We were not even going to say anything... but when asked for feedback we gave the honest feedback after we paid the bill and then got this crazy response! I don 't think this place deserves the stars it 's got: bad food bad service and absolutely no inkling of what it means to be in the service industry! Stay away.

Unfortunately, my husband's pasta was served cold which was a letdown. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant and welcoming, making it a good place to relax and socialize with friends. If you're not too concerned about the food and are looking for a spot to grab a drink and hang out, then Portofino Restaurant might be worth a visit.

The best Italian food and service I have had in palm beach gardens florida. Food service and quality of food. Outstanding. Parking: Easy parking. My husband uses a walker. Easy Acess ability Kid-friendliness: Don’t know. But knowing the owner, I’m sure that he would make it work. Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
