Terrible experience, I was outraged by the service of the employee who served us with bad will! It was clear that he didn't want to serve us. I will definitely not be returning to this place!! A good attitude for me is everything.

First order via ifood delivery was fast I was expecting 1 hour but it didn't even take 30 min, tasty lemon pie and truffle too as for the price is the average price of other places too, size a little smaller

The cakes are wonderful It's not very cheap, but it's worth every penny!

Delicious desserts, we already knew!! Lousy service. Yesterday, 05/28 at 6:10 pm we were at the store with my 06 year old daughter, who wanted the cake from there, to our embarrassment we were literally ignored and considered invisible by the store attendant, she simply served two customers who were behind us (behind same), so much so that they were making their requests talking behind our backs. When asked if she had not seen us, there was not even an apology for the INATTENTION she simply continued her service, making it clear that the situation was deliberate, completing her requests, when we asked to speak with the manager, another clerk came to place our order. Why the clerk behaved this way, only she herself can answer. We don 't know, but we imagined and veiled it was clear why. Finally, this report is so that the same situation does not occur with other customers. Before the question why did they still consume and wait for the service? The answer is: A 06 year old who wanted that cake.

Vi muitas claims no atendimento, os twelves, bolos são maravilhosos bolo mousse chocolate e divina.. Agora o atendimento que tive pelo ifood foi péssimo, liguei to order was possivel agilizar meu order pois fazia tempo que tinha order e tinha uma consulta teria que sair, ela foi bem sem educação no atendimento pelo telefone, antes não tinha taxa de entrega e agora tem 9,00 absurdo!!! Eles deveriam sim hire melhores pessoas to trabalhar com or public!
