As for the person who answered my complaint privately, they should listen to customers more. If a customer had a bad dining experience, the least the server should say is that they will try to improve. Now, regarding the food, in 9 years in Jundiaí, I have never had a dining experience as bad as this. Not good quality, no care with the food (snacks came floating in the oil because they didn't have the delicacy to place an absorbent paper underneath). The cheese sandwich doesn't make sense to be called a sandwich. When I complain about food, it's always in private and without scandals because I respect the professionals involved, but I came here to publish because of the rudeness of the attendant who, instead of trying to accept his mistakes and improve, was still rude on WhatsApp. Unfortunately, it is not possible to go back in time and undo this bad eating experience... the least would be for the attendant to listen patiently and not be rude.
