The New Year 2023/2024 event is disappointing from start to finish. The only thing that saved it was the band, because the rest was terrible! An establishment with refinement and tradition that was supposed to deliver an unforgettable party, delivered only sadness! Silent fireworks as expected, but it didn't even last 2 minutes, starters as promised a failure, served anyway, cutlery thrown on the table. Snacks were very poorly made and served, without replacements, the feeling was that the kitchen was unwilling. I’m not even going to go into that about dinner! Food arrived overturned, no presentation. Unfortunate... I was deceived by them, they sold an event and delivered nothing, more than *R$4 thousand* which went to my table and we didn't even eat 300 reais. I would be ashamed if I were you! I would contact each customer at the event and offer a voucher for consumption at the establishment, it's the least they should do... Anyway! I will never go near your event again. And I'm speaking with confidence, as I've worked in the food and beverage industry for 17 years. And I've done countless New Year's events with this approach. Stop making money off of people with this event.

Worst New Year's party I've ever been to. The snack tables were empty and were not replenished, when something arrived it was fries, cassava, and a horrible cupcake, and the menu promised a complete list of snacks throughout the party at your leisure, in addition to supper (terrible, it took a long time to serve and did not correspond to the menu they sold) low quality dessert, I didn't even see a coffee table. The fireworks were depressing, only the band saved them. I paid more than 400 reais per person, customers in general are outraged!
