Café Bistro - Juan Dolio

You stick it to gringos and if you complain the owners do not understand English. Why can't people treat others fair? It never happened again on Christmas Eve. I understand the staff trying to earn as much as possible. But if you bring it to the owner and don't do anything? Go somewhere else

While I was visiting Juan Dolio, order an Ensalda Ceaser” and a burger from this restaurant and send me lettuce and nothing but lettuce. When I contacted them byWhatsapp to tell them that I had not put lettuce on my salad, a lady answered with an audio message saying that I did not order chicken in the salad. He tells him that all the salads stop carry piece of chicken and pieces of bread. But that lady didn't even present an apology or some kind of word that expressed empatia. My advice to those who read this review is to think twice before ordering food from this place. The salad had to throw it away because that was just lettuce. It was the worst experience that I have ever had with a restaurant.
