Przekaż informację zwrotnąAlthough food was fresh and of very good quality, it was not enough to cover the unacceptable lack of speed and attention of staff. They seemed to put all in their little world what each of them should do and not do. We had 4 waiters many, many, many, many .... Times before finally decided to come and take the order (at least 15 minutes, it felt like half an hour). The food came quite fast and was pleasant in presentation and taste. To pay the bill again, the same ritual!! Ten minutes. Are you kidding? And if you ask, there was no place full (not empty). I can only recommend going somewhere else, but here. Is half an hour of your life wasted like eating? No!
This year we wanted to celebrate our birthdays in a great way, as our combined age was now 99 years and we certainly chose the right place. The restaurant is known in the area for its excellent cuisine, written in local and national magazines for its reintroduction of meat and vegetable choices that have long been forgotten. Owner Wilhelm Wehrt warmly welcomed us and manager Oliver Leu joined us to discuss all aspects of the party and to adapt the details to our wishes. A DJ was recommended that worked wonderfully. We were able to have a wine tasting to choose which wines we liked to serve. The alcohol-free applesecco was particularly refreshing. We chose a buffet and were not disappointed. The roasts were cooked for perfection and the entire buffet was presented so pleasant that it was almost a shame to disturb it. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. In the evening of the event we were greeted and shown by Oliver Leu. The room was decorated with a dance floor between DJ and Bar. The room was elegantly decorated with beautiful flowers on the tables and light effects for later in the evening. The guests, many of whom were at the hotel, came with gifts for which the staff had already prepared a room. The owner Wilhelm Wehrt came by to see everything was fine. The waiter introduced us and was very attentive and helpful, especially given my food allergies, of which they were already informed. Every detail was carefully maintained and even I could relax and simply enjoy the evening. It was a wonderful experience and an evening to remember!
Anfang Mai beim Blütenfest haben wir hier Spargel gegessen. Der Service war sehr bemüht und freundlich, das Essen kam schnell nach den leckeren Aperitifs. Der Spargel und der dazu gereichte Schinken waren köstlich, der zum anderen Spargelgericht gereichte Zander war nicht wirklich gut. Ob die Küche oder die Ursprungsqualität dafür verantwortlich war, können wir nicht sagen.
Die Restauration ist gediegen, der Service freundlich, das Essen wurde schnell serviert. Die Rharbarberschorle war mit Eis so gestreckt dass es auch reines Wasser hätte sein können. Der Spargel und der dazu gereichte Schinken waren köstlich, dagegen die Sauce Hollandaise nicht wirklich gut ( aus der Tüte ?), die Kartoffeln leider etwas matschig :-( darum nicht mehr als eine befriedigende Bewertung !
Hervorragndes Grünkohl Buffet im angnehmen Ambiente dieses historischen Hauses mit gutem Service. Der Ausflug hier her hat sich gelohnt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
