Chicken On The Roof Grill - Joppatowne

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was incredibly dry and barely edible. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my meal, and when I brought it to the owner's attention, he refused to refund my money or even discuss the issue with me. It's clear that he has no understanding of what it takes to run a successful business, as he doesn't seem willing to address customer complaints. The chicken was overcooked and lacked flavor, as if it had been reheated multiple times. Overall, the food was horrendous! I would advise against wasting your time or money at this cheap and unclean establishment.

I had high hopes for a good meal, but after what I witnessed, I couldn't even place an order. The restaurant was extremely crowded, and they only had one cook, which made me think it would take forever to get my food. Then I noticed that when the staff at the front counter realized the cook needed help, they stepped in without washing their hands after handling money. As soon as I saw that, I left immediately and have no plans to return.
