They were extremely understaffed and it took me close to an hour and a half to get our order. I wasn't upset with the people that were working because they were doing the very best that they could under extreme circumstances beyond their control. I actually applaud them for the.job that they did. They are extremely lucky to have such dedicated employees. Though the wait was very long, we were warned ahead of time and the food was still hot and delicious. Because of your dedicated and very hard working people I will Most Definitely be coming back. You're my favorite chicken place. To your people, I truly appreciate you and your efforts, and I hope your employer does as well. Thank you!

Ordered a large drink when I said something about the lady at the drive through says well I have it as a small and did not even offer to make it right. Other than that would be nice to go in to order take out and not have to wait in the drive through line almost 20 minutes. The food was good first time to have their Cole slaw and was pleasantly surprised.

Used to be a good place. Went yesterday and will NEVER go back again. Only one side available (mashed potatoes gravy), chicken was very greasy! I'm pretty sure the chicken strips were semi raw. Felt sick the rest of the day and evening. Not doing it again. So disappointed as we used to love it. UPDATE: 4/21/22 Decided to give it one more try...trust me, NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Did not get what was ordered and paid for, no receipt, had to walk to drive up window to retrieve my bank card which was not returned to me. Fish sandwich was disgusting

Place is definitiw rides the combat bus, but some layers are better than others. I learned to be there on the weekdays at 14 o'clock. they take like 3 minutes to get their food and they have in the regular all sides and most of the time can take cash. after 17 o'clock and above all at the weekend is everything they have read, true. no pages, 30 to 45 minutes waiting and sometimes no spicy chicken. I can't understand. well, I'm going back in the month and eating is great. no complaints about food supply, but whoever is the management of the needs has withdrawn from personal, care and change orders. this is the second attempt of a papste in joplin, we want one, but they must act as they want to be here.
