Cicis Pizza - Joplin

I came on the 7th. December, and I just want to say I came with a big group and had a few special requests and although it was pretty busy, they were fast to refill all my enquiries and do happy, never even made me like I asked too much or as if they didn't want to do. I had a problem with the playroom and the manager was so sweet and fast to help us without hesitation. The Lady Manager was really good with her employees. I could say it was a good working environment and they enjoy the work there. Please thank all staff for me again and tell them that they keep the good work

I love cicis and most of the food was good, but this time the Mac and cheese pizza was raw in the middle. It's my favorite and it kept me back for years. Was very sad :

This restaurant is always good. Great service, friendly staff and they demand what kind of pizza are at the buffet.

There was no fresh pizza at the buffet for about 10 to 20 minutes. The only one on the buffet was a few different slices of pizza. A customer connected to the manager asked for a special request pizza. The customer has two pizzas. Had to ask for cheese bread. It was ready to sit on the floor oven that was turned off. There was only one oven. Also had to be asked for cinnamon rolls.

Walked in. Paid. Received glasses. Went through food bar. Pizza was good. A lot of varieties. And they kept bring out fresh food keeping everyone happy. Clean restaurant. Only one complaint. A worker was getting upset about her schedule. Kept walking behind us slamming the door and going outside screaming. And on her phone griping about her job. Saying she hated it and mad cause she was scheduled all weekend. It was getting out of hand so we left.
