Carmine's Wood Fired Pizza - Joplin

I had the Stromboli and the two guys I was with had 2 pizzas. The Stromboli tasted excellent, although not much meat in it. You could say the dough was homemade. The boys said their pizza was really good and looked like she was loaded with blows. Our waitress was really friendly.

This is a nice little pizzeria with pizza prepared in a wood fired stove that they had brought in from Italy. Very friendly and accomadating staff. The pizza was very good. We went for something a little basic since it was our first time there and went with the sausage pizza. They also had desserts such as cheesecake and tiramisu but unfortunately did not save room for that.

From NY to Joplin brought for school and could find?t Pizza I liked in the area? then I tried Carmine? while I think the pizza size is somewhat smaller than you?d in NY, the taste profile is definitely close. I kept it super basic and went with a simple ol? Pizza cake, but I'll try something extra next time. I wish they had a few more topping choices maybe a Buffalo chicken or BBQ chicken topping (they are the best with regular sauce, no blue cheese or ranch but all in all I'm just happy to eat pizza again! Another time for dinner the pasta was fine, tiramisu was great and they have espresso! In any case, it is worthwhile for pizza and dessert:

Forget our pizza because everyone was more focused on his friends who came to get their food. They said they had no wings, then the guy brought 4 pounds for their friends who came after us for a while. Would give 0 if I could. The food is good, but not when it needs to be forgotten and remembered when it's just sitting there.

Originally posted a review over 3 years ago. Update August 2022: This is my husband and I am the popular wood-fired pizza joint! We've been here for years. Never disappointed! The food is amazing and the service is always wonderful. Our favorite is the NY style meat lover and the cheesy garlic bread. Prices are cheap and make for a great date night! The complex is always clean and well maintained. We recommend eating here!
