The previous negative experience stemmed from being seated in the middle of the room by a less-than-friendly hostess. When I requested a more private booth, she declined and insisted we sit in the chairs she had initially offered. This kind of treatment towards customers is unacceptable. It is important for businesses to appreciate and value their customers, as they are the ones who support and keep the business running. Overall, the service during our second visit was great.

Johnny Carino's is incredible! We always enjoy dining here. The food is fantastic and the service is exceptional- Boston is the best! He will guide you to the best choices on the menu, he is very friendly, kind, and entertaining! If you haven't been or don't visit often, you are definitely missing out! (Plus, their Chocolate cake is delicious!)

Samuel was a fantastic waiter who took great care of us. The Skilletini Combo is one of our top personal favorites. Our waiter was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning.

Boston is the man to see if you want to indulge in some culinary delights. He is very passionate and well-informed about the food he proudly serves. The bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping is a must-try. My top picks are the lasagna and the chicken breast feast.
