Applebee's Neighborhood Grill - Joplin

It is hard to get enough help in these days, but the dedicated few who do and try to make a good experience are to thank and correspondingly rewarded. his difficult to do the work of two or more people themselves! so it took a little longer to get the food, but it was as good as usual! Food: 5/5

Our waitress was really nice and we sat as fast as possible as we went on the table while they finished cleaning that I really liked because not like to stand for longer time, it hurts my back. and eating was really good, so definitiw recomend it was good

So so. Went for the promo to add shrimp for $1. Server offered grilled as a choice, but failed to tell us about upcharge for that. Lots of hidden upcharges, be ware. Restroom was unusually Hot (nothing better than a steamy poo room). Going past kitchen on the way to bathroom is also a BAD choice. First customers of the day and food was splattered on walls. Obviously been there a while. Also 'tacky ' floors all through dining room. This place needs some deep cleaning!

The worst experience I had with applebee. waited for drinks for only a part of us. then wait for food to wait for drinks refills. people who have set after us got their food and ate and went before we even got our appetizers. After 2 1/2 hours in the restaurant we had to wait longer to get our bank cards back so we could go. not even an excuse or something. I can guarantee that we will go somewhere else next time my family will eat with us.

It was a little pricey and the portions were small. Not to mention my steak was like a tasteless rock. However, the service was great.
