Theo's Italian Family - Jonesville

My family and I love this place. Their pizza, pasta, and salad bar are fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly and super accommodating. Highly recommend giving them a try if you're in the area.

Great menu options, everything is savory and delicious with a genuine Italian flavor. The food is very consistent, and I’ve been eating there for a decade. The pizza is the best in the entire world.

Had a good Italian dinner with my daughter... the waiter was very nice and the food was quick and delicious...

We always love going to Theos after church on Sundays. Never have had any problems. Today however, waited for an hour before receiving our food. Our service was good but the waitress never apologized for the wait when we finally got our food. At checkout when we was asked how everything was. We was honest about the wait time on dinner. The lady that always checks us out just kept on giving excuses and didn't apologize for it either and had a very rude nasty attitude about our complaint. First off, she asked us how everything was. We was not looking for her excuses or unprofessional behavior. We just simply wanted a apology. It will definitely be a while before we return.

Was not satisfied, asked our waitress if we could speak to the manager. She thru our ticket into our food and mouthed off. She then lied to the manager abt what happened. Been going here 25+years. We won't be back.
