Captain D's - JONESBOROUGH

We arrived an hour before graduation on a Saturday night, and the staff was very welcoming, treating us like regular customers rather than as officers. The food was delicious, and they served us promptly as our dishes were ready. Although the dining room was already cleaned, they assured us we could enjoy our meal without any issues. Since we were towing a trailer, using the drive-thru wasn't an option for us. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for a late dinner.

The Captain D's in Jonesborough, TN, is by far the most beautiful, cleanest, and friendliest location of all the Captain D's I've visited. From placing my order to enjoying my meal in the dining area, the staff was attentive and helpful. The presentation of the food actually exceeded the pictures on the menu. Hot items were served hot, and cold items were served at the right temperature. The beverage service was consistently attentive and replenished when needed—just what we expect!

This restaurant is always a great spot for a meal. The location is both spacious and clean. If you're aiming to eat healthily, I suggest opting for broccoli instead of fries, though let's be honest, that's not something many people actually do since the fries are so tasty. If you prefer grilled options, the tilapia is a delicious choice as well. The staff are friendly and hardworking, and you'll often see familiar faces over the months, which suggests that management fosters a positive work environment.

I had to come back and fix my rating I hit 4 stars instead of 5. The staff here is so pleasant . It was my first ever trying this place considering its fast food I was expecting pretty typical experience but I was so taken by the staff and how clean they kept the place . The food was good as well. I will be back . Sometimes you just want to grab a bite without the hassle of busy crowds and fancy food this place gave me what I was looking for thank you.
