Arby's - JONESBOROUGH

First time my food from any arby's sucked except here it was fresh n good will be coming back

I visited during the lunch rush, and it was incredibly busy! Nevertheless, the staff put in a lot of effort to ensure I had a fantastic meal. I usually don't order a French dip at my age, but I think I might have to start! Thank you, Jonesborough Arby's team, for a wonderful lunch.

To be honest, I could have rated this restaurant a 1 based on our experience, but I do want to acknowledge that the manager was struggling with a malfunctioning new system. He even offered our meal for free as an apology, which I really appreciate. However, despite the challenges, our food was hot, fresh, and the service was excellent. It wasn’t the manager’s fault that the system was acting up, so overall, I had a great experience.

My 95-year-old mother-in-law and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The service was consistently warm and welcoming.
