We picked up a command that was wrong when we came home. I just called to let them know if it affects another order. I didn't find anything extra. the manager I spoke to is also the one who took my phone order, and he went absolutely beyond and beyond to make it right for us. in a time when a large customer service is difficult to reach, I really appreciate the way he has treated everything and we will continue to visit this location. thanks!

I was never so disappointed by a restaurant! we eat in amigos often! and tonight they told me that they cannot serve me what I ordered every weekend for the last 6 months! it literally blows me and when I wanted to talk to someone else, nobody else was there.

No communication from waitress, she had to break further down, was not told that I was charged (to dead) when she asked what options I wanted. will never come back, would have just trimmed into the johnson city that they never do that or treat me as this personal. No thanks

First time eating at amigos. I was impressed with the whole experience. Customer service was superb! As well as the food itself. Will definitely be back.
