Long John Silver's (70231) - Jonesboro

The friendliness of the staff can be inconsistent, often leaning towards the negative. Additionally, the restaurant frequently struggles with inventory management, as they often run out of items like cocktail sauce. The food is on par with what you would expect from a Long John Silver's. However, they have recently made improvements to the exterior appearance of the restaurant.

I had food from here for the first time, thanks to a friend who brought me lunch. Everything was hot and delicious! The green beans were particularly well done. I was pleasantly surprised! Keep up the great work!

I wish there were more Long John Silver's locations instead of Captain D's because LJS is the real deal! Whenever I'm heading south, I make a point to stop by this place, and their fried food is definitely the way to go! I tried the grilled options, but they were just okay.

I love this place. If someone tries to tell you that this is the same as Captain D's, they are sadly wrong. The fish is boiled to a golden mouth water perfection. The juicy chicken is just as good, made with the same exquisite dough. They seem to be quite rare in Atlanta, so if I'm in the Morrow area, I'll make this stop. Do not be discouraged from the drive line. It's definitely worth waiting.
