He was very friendly, professional and pleasant to be around. We have visited these little Caesars for more than two years, even though it continues from our house as the 7977 Tara Blvd Jonesboro location due to customer service.

Of course, a review is a snapshot of any given business only at a certain moment. The following tells my moment at this site of Little Caesar. I had a long day. The last part was particularly frustrating. I left work and decided to make a pizza on my way home. I went in. I heard people on the back, but nobody said hello or came to take my order. Since I was unhappy, this reality weighed me harder than I could have been in good mood. I waited. After all, some people went forward more with a concert than any concern over customers. They asked what I wanted and told others to get it (I just wanted a hot n ready cheese pizza and crazy bread). Of course there was no crazy bread. I didn't want to wait. Then my card was taken into another tab in the back, do not ask me why, because no one was polite enough to tell me after a time that was definitely longer than necessary it was returned. I left. No, I'm probably not going to visit this place again. Is it so hard to contact a customer within a minute of the customer who enters the business? I worked at Burger King, McDonald's and Taco Bell, including as a layer manager at Taco Bell, so I know it's not hard to do that. The small details make a big difference. This place can be better... the crew that was there just didn't seem to want.
