Krystal - Jonesboro

Very friendly crew members and managers, food was nice and hot and fresh cooking

Waiting was longer than I expected from a fast food place, but the food was hot. The chicken was more dry than I remember, but it's been a while since I ate Krystals. I asked for only Mayo and got the smallest drop imaginable.

This is my first visit and probably my last one. While the customer service was great and the people working there were very nice, the food left me unimpressed. I had the two hamburgers and two chicken sandwich combo with one sprite. The Pommes were good, but the four sandwiches were just not good. Mostly bread on my hamburgers and mostly mayonnaise on my chicken. I thought this place was better, I'm staying with normal sandwiches now.

The service here is terrible. When I came through the worker's drive, it was extremely rude and dismissed. She told me to go and park and wait, because my food needed some time, because I was waiting for her to throw my food in her pocket. And she needed 30 minutes to make a combo. And when she asked me if I wanted extra cheese, she didn't tell me how much more it costs. I finished spending $35 on what I expected $13 she blessed w a free fry tho.

The cash register was HORRIBLE!!! She came into the window with a setting that fought chewing gum and on the phone with a boy!
