Krispy Kreme - Jonesboro

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. It took 20 minutes to receive just one item. They have very limited options available each day, and none of the specialty items were offered. You might see the hot sign on maybe once a week. The food is never fresh; it's always stale. Unfortunately, this is the worst donut place I've encountered in Jonesboro. It's tough for me to say this, especially since I grew up enjoying Krispy Kreme in another state, but I won’t be returning here.

Do you even sell donuts? I went there at 8 AM and they didn’t have any cream-filled or raspberry-filled options available, and they only had half a dozen glazed donuts because the machine was broken. Seriously?

Worst store EVER! I don’t know if the machine is broken or what, but they NEVER have hot doughnuts. Even when the light does miraculously turn on, the doughnuts are still like they were made that morning.

There are some labor and consistency problems at this location. The doughnuts have been stale/day old, not iced correctly, not being ready to go in the morning, even coffee not being available. Krispy Kreme is usually fantastic, but this location is struggling. That isn’t what a fresh glazed is supposed to look like.

Very friendly staff! My kids got like 3 free donuts for their St. Patrick's deal! It was late in the day, but there was still a decent selection.
