American Deli - Jonesboro

I am so annoyed to come to this restaurant and spend 50 dollars to find a mistake in my food and smell the napkins like dog

This place is terrible. They close at 10:00 and I was there at 9:35 and they had four customers waiting and told me they were closed. Not only are they rude, the place was bad inside. Trash everywhere on the ground. I'll never eat at American deli again.

Whomever the young lady was that rudely took my order 4. May 2022 (140) should be fired. She was unrespectful to my face to talk to the other young lady who was with her as if I wasn't there and laughing. She did not listen to my questions thoroughly and was not clear about her answers. I canceled my order and just went out; it was scam day anyway. Not worth the rudeness

I have often visited this place in the past. The food was always fresh and good. Last Thursday. The wings and Philly cheese steak for me and my daughter and the food was terrible. The wings had been fried and they just put them back in the fat after they ordered and put sauce over them. The bones were black. How do you get cheese steak wrong? It really tasted sour. I will not go back, and I hope that people will pay attention to the food they order.

First time going here and don't understand why they are still open. I ordered a 10-piece mild with chicken fried rice and it was very disgusting chicken fried in old burnt grease rice was terrible and had an awful taste and it came up to $14 and they tell me that it didn't come with a drink. NEVERRRRRRRR AGAINNNNNN!!!???????? AND IF YOU ARE GIVING THIS PLACE 5 STARS YOU HAVE TO BE RELATED TO SOMEBODY THAT WORK THERE ???#imjustbeinghonest
