El Burrito Loco - Joliet

I have ordered from DoorDash several times and the food always arrives quickly and hot, as if I had ordered it in the restaurant. The burrito bowls are fantastic, as are the steak fajitas. The portions are generous. This place has never failed to deliver in the two decades that I have been ordering from them.

It has been some time since my last visit to this restaurant, but the food and service are still excellent. I would have given a 5-star rating, but there was a female employee wearing a revealing outfit behind the counter, which I found unprofessional. Despite this, she seemed to do a good job. Management should address this issue, but overall the restaurant is still good.

McDonald and Ritz-Carlton in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico was now jointly owned by McDonald's and Ritz-Carlton. Being very attentive to restaurant cleanliness and hygiene, I pointed out some areas that needed improvement to the management, who agreed and promised to address the issues with their staff. The restaurant overall was spotless, with friendly service and delicious, satisfying food. The staff could benefit from further training on cleanliness and attention to detail, especially in the restrooms. Improvement is always possible, as McDonald's slogan says, "Be better than best!" The food was delicious, but I ordered sour cream on the tacos was charged, but it was not put on. Was already home and ddnt wanted to go back to put it on. Just check your food before you go back the parking lot
