Dunkin' - Joliet

There was a little misunderstanding with how I speak/ how I order I'm a Dunkin Donuts head And they are truly amazing. Thank you ladies Chk#7923

The drive thru goes pretty quickly. Thus farn I havent had an error with my orders either.

This is my favorite Dunkin location. I like where it is placed. The staff are friendly 99% of the time but my order is always correct.

Was just in there today for ice coffee cream and sugar. Indian lady at register gave me a shot of coffee rest cream coffee. So she grabs the drink remakes it only to find out from the 2 Hispanic ladies she just gave me the same one back again Hispaniclady cooking saw everything. Thankfully those 2 workers did their job and made a drink you know was made right. I do not knowwhats up with Indian people thinking it 's OK to call customers bogel, in their native tongue and assume we dnt know what itmeans. Again thank God those 2 Hispanic ladies did their job. I really hope they get better help. Great place when the Hispanicladies making food but horried servers calling people crazy in their native tongue bogel .

My husband bought two 2-scoop sundae. However, when he brought them home the order was incorrect. The ice cream had started melting but my husband took a bite and his sundae had nuts in it. Unfortunately, the whip cream hid the nuts and he didn't seethem before he took that 1st bite. My husband is allergic to peanuts. It was around 8:15pm and too late to go back. So, I triedcalling the store 3 times and no one answered. I even called in the morning and still no one answered. This could have been abad situation for my husband. Thankfully, he was okay. Please make sure you double check your orders carefully!
