Bo Diddley's - Joiner Way, Eden Prairie

Went here for the first time not knowing what to expect. The people working there are very friendly and have a positive attitude. I got the #1 and I?m not gonna lie, it was the widest sandwich I?ve ever eaten, and the amount of flavor was insane. Definitely will be coming back. The only thing I didn?t like was the $14 grand total for sandwich, chips and a drink. If the sandwich combo wasn?t so expensive, I think I would definitely come here more often. Awesome sandwich and

I have been here a couple of times already and enjoyed it every time! The sandwiches are huge and extremely filling (I normally order a whole and split it with someone or have leftovers). The soups are also pretty good, but my favorite thing has to be the Italian sandwich. I would definitely recommend this place if you?re looking for a cheap, quick, and filling meal!

Staff was totally friendly and helpful. We walked right at 5:30PM with no wait. The food is so good and they have lots of choices for chips unlike other places. I got a #6 (ham and turkey). In the photo you can see there is a generous portion of meat. The sandwich was filling for sure. Not sure why this place is not busier; it?s very good.

We tried this place for the first time. Very simple cold deli sandwich set up sold in 1/3, 1/2 or whole sizes. They also have soup and an assortment of chips,pop, and water. Clean place and friendly staff.

I was excited to try this place because I'd heard good things and seen great reviews. WOW they were all right!! Pictured is a 1/3 size corned beef, a 1/2 size roast beef, and one of the soups of the day (roasted red pepper). Holy cow I would seriously buy the red pepper in bulk if they sold it so good!!!! Everything about the sandwiches was fresh the bread, the lettuce, the meat. Great flavored oil! Can't wait to come back!
