Starbucks - Johnstown

Nichole was so wonderful. I messed up when I was placing my order and she went out of her way to get it figured out for me even though it was my own mistake. She was especially quick and efficient, I barely waited any longer than if I had placed my order correctly. I don’t stop at this store very often but now I will!

I have been a Starbucks Customer for almost 25 YEARS! My local shop knows me by name and my order before I even speak ?. Starbucks strives to make everyone (no matter who you are) feel like family.

Another consistently efficient Starbucks, serving your favorite espresso drinks. On a nice day, the outdoor seating is a good option.

I was confused with the grande size and they change my order to a venti, anyways i venti love Starbee

This Starbucks was ALWAYS my favorite, especially when Dan was manager! Most of the employees always called me by my 1st name anymore most of the time you're ignored and lately. I don't get sleeves or stoppers in my hot drinks. I understand you want to save money but seriously at the cost of customer service?
