I've been here a few times and had the cookies a lot of times when different people brought them.To me the cookies seem under baked but everyone else loves them.

Service was fast staff seemed friendly . Now for the cookies, the size of these cookies are massive they have a nice appearance but these cookies are sorely lacking in the flavor department . All 4 flavors we tried tasted mostly of flour with a dab of flavor on top. They have a half baked consistency with the cinnamon toast one being more like a flat muffin. Good concept, tasteless product.
Crumbl Cookies are one of the best birthday gifts ever. They are quick, easy, and Delicious.
