Domino's Pizza - Johnson Siding

I was given the wrong pizza but whomever I spoke with apologized, and took ownership of the mistake, then said I could come pick up the correct pizza or get a free pizza next time. No issue at all, when I went back for the correct pizza it was hot and ready and the girl apologized again and was super friendly both times.

Apparently there was an issue with my order and I wasn't notified. I had to call. When I did receive my order, the Bleu cheese was left out. REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

I'd eat here everyday if I didn't have to worry about my health.

I ordered over $260 in pizza to thank the staff at 2 hospitals . Black hills surgical. Enter and monument health. The first two times the driver was rude about where to go even though we specifically told them. The lady on the phone was even more rude and today I ordered again I am a patient suffering from colon cancer) to thank my medical team and they said no o e was there and took the order back to the store and the rude lady said “we will bring it back if you are there.. I said I’m a patient I can’t walk and I left instructions on the web. She called me a liar and said nothing was there. By the time they got the order back it was soggy and cold. Note I tipped the drivers each time and ordered quite a bit of pizza which I have receipts for. Why would this company feel the need to be so rude to someone in the hospital fighting for their life and just trying to thank the people caring for them….. shame on you dominos. I’m putting this review up everywhere I can including the BBB.
