Vegan Town - Johnson City

Limited menu options. The restaurant was not very busy (but seemed short-staffed), so it took a while to place our order and for our food to arrive.

I drove nearly two hours during a road trip to have dinner here. The girl working the counter was lovely. The food was decent. My waffle was a little hard and difficult to chew, but it had a great taste, loaded with delicious toppings. The Dark Knight shake was incredibly filling and full of tasty flavors, but it was a bit too thick for my liking. I would consider returning if I were in the area again, but I probably wouldn't try the waffle again. The restaurant was also quite cold, but I didn't bother asking for it to be adjusted.

I really enjoy this restaurant, but I wish they had more options available on the menu.

Due to the pandemic, a lot of restaurants are having a tough time getting staff. It's best to call to make sure they are open before heading there. Smoothies are huge; quesadilla is a good meal choice. Updated from previous review on 2021-09-11

Beautiful modern decor, sweet staff, amazing smoothies, and the quesadilla was delicious!!
