Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had a horrible experience. This was the only subway open in a ten mile radius, and it was not the closest one to me, so I called to confirm they were open. No one picked up, but since it was still 40 minutes before closing I drove there. I got there at 6:40, they were supposed to close at 7 pm. (That?s what it said online and on the door at the store) The lady working was packing everything up and told me they actually ?close? 30 minutes before the closing time. I only wanted two subs, but she said all she could give me was a cookie or chips. I could see the bread still out and some veggies, but she refused to serve me. I highly doubt this is the store?s officially policy, but if it is they should be clear about it online so people don?t drive there just to be disappointed by rude employees. I can?t say anything about the food but I don?t suggest going here if you are looking for a friendly interaction.
Just pulled in at 9:20, keep in mind y?all close at 10pm, and an older blonde woman wants to tell me that she?s out of everything. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. because they were ?slammed? tonight. Why keep a store open until 10pm if the worker can?t keep things stocked. Wouldn?t recommend this location.
The staff(always just one overworked person) is always nice. If you own this place I would consider hiring another person. You think you are saving money but I watched 3 people walk in and walk out within 15 minutes. Eventually I left without ordering as well because I was put on hold for an online order. The Subway on Oakland usually has two people so I?ll keep going there.
Absolutely terrible. I ordered a sandwich and a salads. I asked them to write down Everything for the sandwich so not to mess it up I and still the lady made it completely wrong. Added everything that I didn't ask for to my salad and then my sandwich didn't have anything on it besides meat. I'm not sure what happened when I tried calling the restaurant they didn't even answer the phone. Completely wasted my money. Super disappointed that even tho store was open they wouldn't answer phone to make the order right. I will be calling corporate and the store again in morning hopefully this will be fixed
Terrible burned up my sandwich, left empty handed, not sure what is going on.Food: 1/5
