The servers were attentive. We went on Wednesday night, and there weren't many other diners. I have seen other reviews where others have danced on meat and picked price. They were probably not in a Brazilian steakhouse before and didn't know what to expect. If you want a certain type of meat, or do it more or less, or more or less rare, just ask the server. They were happy to fulfill our wishes. I'm glad that's the remnant in Johnson City. It is a great place for special occasions. We'll be back.
I visited Rio de Brazil with my 2 sons for the first time last night, the food was amazing and the waiters were fantastic. It's a little expensive, but it's worth it overall.
The restaurant was clean, quiet and tastefully decorated. The food was wonderful and the service of both the waitress and the Gauchos was excellent! The salad bar was cold and fresh and the hot supplements were very delicious! It was a very beautiful place to celebrate our anniversary! Thanks Rio de Brazil!
Our visit to Rio de Brazil was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. While we primarily went for the meat, we also thoroughly enjoyed the fresh and flavorful salad bar. The picanha was incredibly juicy and tender, making it a standout dish. We treated ourselves to creme brulee for dessert, which was one of the best we've ever had.
The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious, with perfectly seasoned and marinated dishes. The price is around $40 per plate, but it's all-you-can-eat. You can continuously try new dishes or take a break and come back for more when your stomach is ready.
