Logan's Roadhouse - Johnson City

The food was excellent and the service was great. Alisha, who worked at the bar, did an outstanding job. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the BBQ was fantastic as well!

This was my first time here and they didn't disappoint! The roasted Okra was perfectly cooked, some of the best I had. Bands were also great. Thanks for the great food Logan’s!

Enjoyed the home made potato skins and the rolls. Great steaks, you can add some ribs that just fall of the bones and are meaty. I love the 3 of them and have enough for a couple of nights. I buy the larger steaks for next night. Their potato chips are fresh made too.

Loved this food! The servers were very nice and accommodating, only con was the food took a bit.

To add to the confusion, we were charged for an extra serving of mashed potatoes, which Hunter claimed was a part of the order. I assured him we had neither ordered nor received an extra portion. He left for a while to speak with the manager, and when he returned, he presented us with a corrected bill. Interestingly, we received a military discount, even though we’re not military personnel – which felt inappropriate. Overall, I simply expect my food to be served hot when I dine out. Furthermore, I noticed many tables were left dirty, which made it difficult for me to enjoy my meal. I don’t expect a complimentary meal; I can easily pay for our orders. However, I do expect a clean restaurant, attentive staff, and, most importantly, a hot meal. I would have hoped that management would have taken steps to address these issues.
