It's okay. Nothing special unlike the name would suggest. If they are using people/waiters walking the line of cars to get your order, they might consider offering menus or placing there sign back at the entrance to the drive through.On my chicken sandwich, the lettuce was really dark old tasting. The tomatoes were miniature. In short, no different than McD's except more expensive.On the other hand, I have (years ago) had the best chicken sandwich I had ever eaten from Chick-fil-A. Maybe one day they (and all fast food joints) will return to quality food. One can hope.Also, I applaud there decision to close on Sundays and I am certain God has noticed!!!
Most efficient, friendliest Chick-fil-A (or any fast food) restaurant I've ever been too. Moved here from up north and this location is head-and-shoulders above what I'm used to. Line can spill out onto the street and they still get you through the drive-thru in 10 minutes. Been coming here for 6 months and they've still yet to get my order wrong, batting 1.000. It is impressive, incredibly well-run. God bless Tennessee and God bless this Chick-fil-A!
Best Chick-fil-A in the Tri-Cities area! From a quick snack through the drive through, to a sit down dinner with the family. The owner, managers and staff will always make you feel like family!
This is by far the best Chick-Fil-A location in the Tri-Cities area. They always get my order right and the taste of the food is always delicious.
