Mcdonald's - Johannesburg

I think I was more excited about the WIFI than I was about the yummy blueberry and hot chocolate. Always great McDonald's, thank you.

Very average overall. Food was slapped together, took 10mins just to get an answer on a family combo meal question-loads of staff wandering around looking busy but not actually doing anything. When it arrived we checked, and there were no sauces for the nuggets-when asked “oh, sorry we are out of sauces(all of them? and the lady at the till should have informed you”. So we got opened jalapeño sauce with no lids-probably from a previous customer-how disgusting. Chips were supposed to be no salt, yet it was covered. Really go to another store if you can.

Rosebank The Zone Mc Donald's chips are horrible, service is the worst. Foldover comes in different sections so that you can put it together when you get home. Properly horrible and by far the worst Mc Donald's in the land to date

Just went for a single ice cream cone. However took almost 15 minutes. Staff more interested in their own conversations. But generous servicing for the price

Came here to order food and was graced with meeting your manager Winnie , incredible service , explaining how the app works and trying to show us special for the simple reason of being transparent. She is definitely a great asset to your business and for sure I will be thinking of coming here for food because of that .
