The grocery store is by far the biggest in the city. Huge variety plenty of imports. Your one stop shop! A la cart menu is great, buffet is average.

Eating is great and the service is fantastic. the lunch buffet is really good. they also have a large selection in the shop, so that they can have lunch in their favorite health products. they also have a decent amount of vegan options.

Good place to buy ingredients and snacks, also beautiful caffe with many options only costly everything seems to be more than anywhere else?

"Obs and Roots is a vegetarian café and health food establishment where the staff have a clear understanding of veganism. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the buffet is attractive and mostly vegan. Additionally, they offer a regular café menu with numerous vegan choices such as pizza, burgers, wraps, salads, fresh juices, and smoothies. Noteworthy items currently available include vegan ice cream, organic raw sunflower and pumpkin seeds, coconut milk kefir, and Irish sea moss gel in jars (a rare find in stores)."

I was disappointed to find out that the restaurant is closed on Sundays, which I was really looking forward to. The menu had a wide variety of items, but they were on the pricey side. Some of the items can be found for cheaper at local supermarkets, so there isn't much of a need to visit the restaurant. The staff also weren't very friendly.
