Kahvila Rento - Joensuu

The place has a lot of potential, but needs some improvement. The location on the river is great, especially on a sunny day. But I had mixed feelings about the breakfast set. The toasts were excellent, but small and we enjoyed the Chia pudding, but the smoothie was watery and just terrible. Apart from that, I'm not a fan of places that use disposable tableware and cutlery. And there were even no bins to sort the waste at least correctly (only mixed bins). I will be happy to edit the review (and try out more options) when introducing more sustainable solutions. Updated by previous rating on 2023-03-29

The restaurant shows promise but could use some improvements. Its location by the river is fantastic, especially when the sun is shining. I had mixed feelings about the breakfast set. I was also disappointed that disposable tableware and cutlery were used, and there were no separate bins for proper waste sorting (only a mixed bin).
