Smoke House Ajijic - Jocotepec

It was a great place, easy to find, good parking and great food we didn 't leave hungry. One of the best mojitos I 've had in Mexico. Like Arnold said, I 'll be back

You haven't lived till you tried the Smoke Houses smoked Brisket. Extremely tender, juicy and just melts in your mouth. I love their Potato Salad too. The place is awesome!

Wife and I came for the first time...We waited over ONE HOUR for the special ribs/brisket meal. The waitress told us there would be at least 3-4 ribs and slices of brisket...instead, there were only TWO small slices of brisket and 3-thin ribs. VERY VERY disappointed....The manager said he was sorry for the ONE hour wait....that they had a large group to serve and very little helpers....When we arrived, there was only ONLY one rather large group and few other people....The ribs and brisket were tasty but we will NOT be back!!

This restaurant serves BBQ and is located in West Ajijic. The positive points are 2 for 1 Margaritas everyday, that’s about it. The food is very mediocre to be kind. Service is OK. This place has a lot of potential but poor management and ownership as evidenced in the quality of the food and attitude of the employees. Employees reflect management values. My recommendation is to try it yourself and come to your own conclusion. There is a chance I caught them on a bad day, I don’t think so but it’s possible.

Atmosphere is welcoming and very friendly The food is very good and flavourful. The service was good and quick. Well priced You should stop here
