Embers Fireside Grill - Jindabyne

We have been to Embers on several occasions and have been slowly working our way through their delightful menu. You will need to book to enjoy their superb cuisine.

Whilst staying at Rydges Jindabyne, we enjoyed a meal at their on-site restaurant Embers. We chose to have the grilled barramundi dish, along with dessert of pannacotta. We enjoyed both dishes very much, along with a bottle of Dance with the Devil Chardonnay from Margaret...River. This was a very enjoyable wine. We found the service to be prompt and efficient. We would certainly revisit if in the area again.

Wonderful New Years Eve at the restaurant and bar. Cocktails and dessert were a highlight. Great vibe.

We had drinks and dinner at Embers last night. While it’s a limited menu it was great food. The staff were really friendly and professional. Probably the best Margarita we have ever had.

Reasonable price very ordinary meals. Dined in Embers Bistro one night and Embers ‘Restaurant’ the next....honestly couldn’t work out the difference between the two. Wouldn’t recommend! Should of had Fish and Chips across the road.
