Café Darya - Jindabyne

We visited here recently with 7 friends and had a banquet menu which was fabulous. Lots of different dishes from entrees to mains, all really tasty and different. Service is friendly and place small and homely. You are really made welcome. Highly recommend. You probably need to book.

This cafe has been here for many many years. The family team are passionate about their food and source quality ingredients to ensure the family recipes shine. And they do. Incredible flavours - persian/iranian. The goat curry is truly worth having - as is the Mast (a delicate cucumber & pomegranate salad). Service is lovely too - a small venue so bookings are essential.

Small and cosy location. Love the decorations, they really sets the scene and the atmosphere for the meal. I went with friends and they were so lovely and accomodating to our group. They thoroughly explained all the dishes and we're very friendly and welcoming.The food is amazing, with so many delightful favours in each dish.If in Jindabyne, this place is a "must go". Make sure to book next time you are in the area.

Who would have thought there were food this good to be found in Jindabyne? A little hard to find as it is tucked away in a corner of the old town centre. The place is cosy and the food is fantastic. Very personal feel to it.

My family enjoyed this restaurant with lovely food and service. As it is a family run business the lovely team of 2 work hard in the kitchen. Just be prepared to relax and not be in a hurry for your food, we waited close to an hour but it was a delicious meal. Thank you !!
