Bacco Italian Restaurant - Jindabyne

I ordered both a pizza and pasta dish. The customer service was very good. It was ready to collect as specified. The meals were fresh, good quality produce and tasty.

As it had been years since we have been to Jindabyne and Bacco for an Italian meal, I was eager to enjoy the food once again after so long. The meal that I ordered was quite bland and didn’t feel to have an authentic...Italian flavour, and the wait time was quite long for the food that we ordered. It isn’t a bad restaurant, but I have doubts that I’ll be returning in the future.

We have eaten at Bacco many times over the years but haven’t been to the restaurant in the past years as we felt the menu was getting tired and never changes. Unfortunately not a lot has changed. The waiter was quite rude and would...rather have been somewhere else. Whilst I appreciate trying to create an ambience, the restaurant was so dimly lit that we had to use our phones to read the menu. We noticed we weren’t the only ones. Our heals came out quickly, we’re a little cold but very enjoyable. The eye fillet was cooked to perfection. The wine list was ok and the waiter was not interested in suggesting a wine to compliment our meals. I think it’s time for the owners to give the restaurant some love and attention.

Super friendly service, quick to take our order. Food came out quickly. Tasty garlic bread and huge bruschetta. Meals could have done with salt but were very good. Good prtuon sizes too.

Restaurant was half empty but we were told we had to get there at It was never full and I can safely say the bookings are being manipulated to fit in with the staff needs. We have been going to BACCO for many years....There was long delays in receiving meals. One main course was cold. We ordered a glass of wine and it tasted terrible and we have no idea what we were given as it was poured at the bar. I will give it one star as the food was good. Service and attitude were poor.
