I was now the second time for a weekend, for two nights with breakfast here at Hotel Schloss Sindlingen. My first stay was very satisfactory, breakfast is very manageable and the coffee (probably filter coffee) is too strong for my taste and only moderate quality. The rooms are relatively well maintained for the age and for the very large and very old building, but not clean (spinning nets are visible everywhere and the windows are stretched and dense, even the very old radiators are probably shut off from them on a few nights, so the heating is only moderate to slightly warm, these are austerity measures that are carried out on my and other guests and is not just a No Go! There are a large number of construction sites, holes in the walls and numerous renovation works throughout the house from the ground floor over the staircase and the guest rooms do not show the pictures on the internet. To my actual criticism in a negative view: I couldn't pay my room money today and not with my EC card. Why not? Reasons I told her this courtesy and asked for the payment of the bill (three and seventy euros) with my credit card. She then said cheeky and three times to me: “You have an EC card” She did not look at me, but stared at my wallet and Portmonee in this statement, which I felt extremely incessant, respectful and embarrassing. The tip of the iceberg still comes: I had to justify myself in front of her and tell her, although I did not want to tell her that my bank card was currently covered by my Depo credit frame. Simply put, she doesn't mind if I wanted to pay with my EC card or credit card. Your rejection and non-acceptance of credit card payment is legitimate and ok, only it must make this recognizable and visible (clearly presented) and inform the guest in writing before arrival and already in the reservation confirmation. Was a wonderful holiday with very good riding background from Mareike. Great uncomplicated team that meets all the wishes regarding the riding program. Also an extension of the holiday was not a problem. Really admirable the atmosphere with a lot of cohesion and common joy on the horse. The school horses were allowed to spend their coupling time together on the terrain, which was very nice to see. All very good instructors in the course or in the terrain. I traveled with my own horse and everything was super uncomplicated, my horse also felt good. In summer, the whole of it will be booked immediately

Top hotel, rooms like a time trip. No TV and sleep in a magnificent bed. Breakfast plentiful and food natural and fresh.

Riding hotel with charming atmosphere The mansion is very lovingly furnished, so that you can feel as staggered in time. I felt very comfortable. The hygiene concept is correct. The restaurant offers good home cooking and rich portions. Extra wishes are no problem at all and are served very easily and friendly. Recommended for riders at any level. There are different courses. For every age and challenges, there is a number of possibilities. Well-kept school horses are available. Private horses are well accommodated. The class was exactly tailored to me. I was required but not overwhelmed. A ride in the most beautiful weather was also a highlight of the unfortunately too short weekend. I like to come back!
