Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The food is not near as good as it used to be and they have taken so many things off the menu now.

Been in the drive thru for 30 minutes and watched the people behind me receive their food while I’m still waiting. The quality of the food has decreased over the years but the service has completely tanked. I think I’m done with Zaxbys which sucks cause I really have enjoyed the food for the most part.

Extremely slow!! Not just occasionally but frequently.

We have the worst Zaxbys in the United States. The girl on the intercom specifically asks me if I want cole slaw or extra fries. I very clearly respond to her, extra fries. Then when I get to the window and pay, I’m instructed to pull up further for the car behind me. They finally bring my food out, and what do I end up getting you might wonder? Freaking cole slaw. 90% of my fries were also in the cole slaw. I hate cole slaw. The tenders are not as depicted on the menu either. Slow service. Careless employees. Wasted fuel waiting in line. Over priced garbage.

Overpriced Cornish hens they call chickenOrdering food online is always incorrect when you get it , you are better off going directly to the store so you can make sure the order is right.Fries are always soggy and cold, and so is the breadIt’s a shame I love this place, but I guess all good things come to an end eventually
