Charged my card multiple times for one transaction and won't refund my money. I have been calling and fighting with them for a week now and I keep getting excuses. I finally had to file complaints with the BBB and FTC. And dispute the transaction on my card and open an investigation through the statewide EBT company. Been a long time customer so it's very disappointing that they are being like this. Beware trusting them with credit, debit or EBT cards.
Very disappointed with your company. I've been a customer for 5+ years and I just moved and decided to start ordering at our new home. First I put my order in and was told someone would contact me within 2 days to setup delivery but the next day the driver just showed up which wasn't a huge deal. But what was a huge deal is I got charged twice for that order. You took every penny I had. I had a Walmart grocery order to pick up that evening that had baby formula in it and I had to call Walmart Grocery and explain what you guys did so I could get my order cancelled. Thankfully WIC was able to give me an emergency can of formula. I spoke to one rep who said the funds would be back on in a few hours which never happened. After talking to 3 reps I'm told it's going to be 2 business days before anyone can even contact me and who knows how long it will take to get my funds back.
The food is delivered to your home and is of excellent quality.
I haven't had a delicious meal like this in years. I always enjoy the shrimp and crab cake. The delivery driver was very friendly. Can you please leave them a tip?
