Our DoorDash order was cancelled by the restaurant just before closing time, and this was the second time it had happened to us with this particular restaurant.

I ordered a custom cake for my son 8th birthday. 5 days in advance. put the pickup for midday on the day of his birthday while he was in school. at 3:30 to pick up before he came home from school. there was no cake. they gave it to the “make cakes” people. they have my number and said I was back in an hour. I have a call from "can make cake" people. they said they didn't make the cake because they forgot. then they thought it was for tomorrow. They also said that today they could not make the cake, but could make it for tomorrow. I don't need a cake on the day after a birthday. I need a cake for the birthday. It doesn't seem like I'm the only person it happened to. if I could give these negative stars, I would. on certain dates are typically made cakes for occasions. not exactly the kind of things they can get too late. got cold stone came into the clutch, and it was $2 cheaper. a simple refund simply does not seem sufficient to screw this kingly. I had to explain to almost an 8-year-old why he couldn't have a cake for his birthday.

Great ambiance at this restaurant. The food was served promptly and the drinks were tasty, although there may have been something missing.
