My wife, who is not a vegetarian, and I tried the menu and were able to easily adapt it to vegan options. The chef even came to our table to inquire about our meal, showing his pride in offering vegan options that are just as delicious, if not better, than their meat counterparts. The dishes were inventive and elaborate, but worth every penny. In our opinion, this is the best restaurant in Jerusalem. Thank you.
The chef at this restaurant is incredibly creative and specializes in vegetarian dishes. I highly recommend trying the tasting menu.
"The Eucalyptus" stands out among other "veg-friendly" restaurants by offering genuine vegan versions of their popular dishes, in addition to already vegan items on the menu. The quality, preparation, presentation, and taste of the food are excellent, with no compromise on the veganization process. The restaurant is located in a charming "artists colony" outside the old city walls, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the dining experience enjoyable for vegans without any awkwardness or confusion. Overall, vegans will find satisfaction at "The Euc."
This restaurant caters to all types of food preferences and offers amazing dishes. The service is also excellent. The only downside is that it can be pricey, but it's definitely worth the cost. I would definitely return just to enjoy all the delicious tastings again.
Even though this restaurant isn't specifically vegetarian, the chef offers fantastic vegan meat alternatives. There are no dairy products on the menu. My non-vegetarian wife and I sampled the tasting menu, which can easily be made vegan. The chef personally came to our table to inquire about our meal and takes pride in creating vegan dishes that are just as tasty, if not more so, than their meat counterparts. The meal was outstanding, with inventive dishes. While pricey, it's definitely worth it. Without a doubt, the best restaurant in Jerusalem. Thank you.
