While not a vegetarian restaurant, this establishment offers fantastic vegan meat alternatives. There are no dairy products in the restaurant. My wife, who is not a vegetarian, and I tried the menu and were able to easily adapt it to vegan options. The chef even came to our table to inquire about our meal, showing his pride in offering vegan options that are just as delicious, if not better, than their meat counterparts. The dishes were inventive and elaborate, but worth every penny. In our opinion, this is the best restaurant in Jerusalem. Thank you.

The quality, preparation, presentation, and taste of the food are excellent, with no compromise on the veganization process. The restaurant is located in a charming "artists colony" outside the old city walls, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the dining experience enjoyable for vegans without any awkwardness or confusion. Overall, vegans will find satisfaction at "The Euc."
