To begin with The staff are extremely nice and patient! If you don't like to order by the desk you could turn to the order stand tablet. I had high expectations from the food as I heard but it did not live up to it. It's a normal burger, even less than average. Really nice that you can refill your sauces : Fries and Onion rings were fire though.

The vegan option (fried mushrooms) was great, and the children's happy meal was a success as well

Amazing burgers but they are misleading about the hechsherim they are rabanut mehadrin and they claim the rolls are mezonos but I’m doubtful of that

Food was very well made and tasted good and came very fast. However, the service was not as good as I would have liked. I ordered my burger with ketchup and mayonnaise and it came plain. I ordered take away yet I got it on a tray. Other than that great food good experience. I would recommend.

It tastes good. However the child portions are ridiculously small. Also you order a bottled water and they give you an empty cup to fill yourself with tap water.
