Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe went through the drive thru and had a great job. they brought a part of eating happy meals with the wrong eating in the inner and did not bring out the rest of the order. I sent all food back and they could not bring out the right food. I sent in my reception and asked her to begin. I finally went without my food or money. that was my second bad experience.
Went through the drive through to get one large unsweetened tea and one large half-cut tea. Got to hear about baby momma drama and received the half-cut tea with no ice and a sweet tea with lots of ice. Pretty sad. Confirms again why this McDonalds remains one place I avoid.
HORRIBLE customer service! DRIVE THRU had to be the SLOWEST I have EVER been to! Seriously sat in line for OVER 20 minutes! And still waiting! Only waiting because I have a 3 and 5 year old that are hungry! Otherwise I would have left! Go to Arbys or Burger King !!! Waste of time!!!
With 10 or 12 workers in the kitchen. It took them 20 minutes to prepare the items.I know it is hard work in the kirchen at a restaurants. But when you have to wait 5 minutes to place an order. And when you do, the cashier isn 't in uniform, but in normal street clothes.And since there was already one person waiting. There was nobody behind me, when I place the order.I don 't mind waiting for 5 minutes. But when orher customers order after me, recieve their orders and leave. 10 minutes come and go, and I still keep my call, as well other customers come and go. 15 minutes passed, and I start to sigh, and show my order number.Then about 20 minutes, I finally received the order..The taste is the food, when I got it wasn 't the best. The burger taste more lile sausage, as if the grill wasn 't prepared from breakfast. I dont mind the taste of pepper. But it was semi warm.I didn 't yell or make a scene, cause my daughter was with me. But I did eat it and left.I worked for fast food restaurants before. And know how hard it is. The common courtesy, would be I am sorry, but it will take xx time for your order . Or If you take a seat and I will bring your order. If there was some sort of apology for waiting that long, I wouldn 't been upset. They just called the number and left. My daughter and I ate and left.
I sat in an empty drivethru(both empty) and waited. I called out to see if there was anybody working twice. Finally a voice came on the intercom saying it would be a minute. It was already 5 min. Then someone pulled up in the other drivethru. They got waited on.Duh.
