The Factory - Jersey City

As a new resident in the neighborhood, I've visited this restaurant three times. Unfortunately, I've found that the bartenders struggle with basic drink preparations—it's surprising that they can't even make a simple Long Island iced tea. Additionally, the 13 waitstaff present during my visits were often unresponsive when my party tried to place our order. Only after I requested to speak with the manager did the service noticeably improve. On a positive note, the food was decent, and the venue itself offers ample space for a typical Friday or Saturday night.

The food (at least what I had which was shrimp and calamari) was not good. I didn’t even finish it and gave it to someone else. It had no taste. The service also wasn’t great… we had to wait 30 minutes-an hour for someone to take our food order and we were told we had to order our drinks at the bar unless we ordered a pitcher. The music was great though!

At first, everything was great, but our experience took a turn when the waitress asked us to move in the middle of our meal. We had our food, drinks, and hookah on the table, and we hadn’t even finished yet. We decided to just get our check and leave.

The prices were a bit high. The menu prices didn't match what was on the receipt. Our order was served in separate portions, and one item was unavailable, but we only found out after everyone had received their meals.

Went to the Sunday Sing Along ...and had one of best times this year. ..will definitely be going back ..that was my second time ...it's was a birthday celebration and had a damm good time!
