Starbucks - Jersey City

Drive thru can be crazy long, better off going inside.

Really nice location, but this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, in regards to service and management. They made my order wrong and I didn't want to wait another half hour to get a refund. I initially wanted to get a refund just to avoid waiting any longer, which is what I should have done. Well. An exercise of money and time waste is what that was. But like I said, very nice looking place and great location (Although the seating is awkward.. bad feng shui), on the northbound side, too. So. Nice, but thrown together, down to how it's run, down to my order. Hope they do something to improve this would reflect better on the area, because currently, it's off my map. I can wait half an hour for the next Starbucks.

This is the 1st Starbucks I’ve ever been to where you walk in and stand in front of the counter asking for help for 25 straight minutes to get straight ignored. New staff needed asap !

Great local Starbucks location. It’s got the comfiest couch and usually not too busy. Friendly staff. What’s not to love ? :

This is the worst Starbucks I've been too between here and union county, the wait time is always long, the drinks are consistently not made the same. And today I was warned not to order my Danish because the oven time today is long, i was also handed a hot cup without the paper sleeve and had to ask for one...will not come back to this one, will stick to Grove st
