I recently tried this restaurant for the first time. Normally, I avoid leaving negative reviews after just one unsatisfactory experience because I understand that anyone can have an off day. I was ready to overlook the fact that my food arrived over 40 minutes late and that the meat in the burrito I ordered tasted stale and unappetizing. However, I ended up getting sick—stomach cramps and digestive issues. I definitely do not recommend ordering from here. I won't be returning again.

I've tried numerous Mexican dishes, and I have to say this one was a bit below average.

I ordered a veggie burrito, but instead of the usual Mexican-style vegetables, I received a burrito filled with a few pieces of boiled, frozen, unseasoned broccoli and carrots. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff informed me that adding typical burrito ingredients like onions or peppers would incur an extra charge. They insisted that, since these were vegetables, I had received the veggie burrito I requested. I can’t believe that anyone would expect or enjoy such a combination, and I doubt I'm the first to voice this complaint. Good vegetable options for burritos typically include onions, peppers, zucchini, nopal, corn, mushrooms, and perhaps even spinach if prepared well. Broccoli and carrots simply do not belong in a burrito. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I recommend steering clear of this place, and the owners might want to reassess their understanding of what ingredients go well together.

I should have read the reviews prior to ordering from this place. I ordered through grub hub in which I’ve never had issues in over 5 years! After 35 min past the expected delivery time, i called only for them to say the order was on the way. 20 min after that I called again and same thing “the order is on the way” well here I am 30 min after the second call and my order still isn’t here. I called the restaurant for them to say “we never received your order” but the $42 charge on my card says otherwise!

DO NOT order from here. They delivered my food to the wrong address (30 min late no less). Refused to have the driver bring it to me after they realized their mistake. Refused to replace my order. Refused to refund me. Hung up on me when I called.
